Easy Asset Management

All assets can be set up via the Asset Register and any relevant manuals & documents can be stored with them in the system folders.

This handy feature also includes the option to set up automatic maintenance Job Requests - which trigger at the time and frequency you have set up for them. For example, you can configure a boiler check-up every 6 months and a service ever year and with Quadpro these Job Requests can appear in your system in advance ready for you to action.

Asset Document Management

Using our asset maintenance and documents tab, you can store and access all important information relating to that asset at the click of a button to assist you with any asset related work.

Automatic Asset Job Requests

Each time an asset maintenance request is generated, it will appear alongside your regular Job Request list.

Managers can then action and assign each automatic maintenance request to the appropriate operative.
